Will my pet go in cargo?
No your pet does not go in cargo.Nannies will stay side be side with your fur baby the ENTIRE time.

What payment method do you accept?
Deposit are PayPal and remaining balance due in CASH when you receive your fur baby
Where do we meet nanny at airport?
We can meet at curbside at arrival or Baggage Claim
Who provides the carrier for transport?
We provide carrier however if breeder provides their own it’s must be a USDA carrier
Where do our fur babies use restroom?
We use puppy pads to avoid our babies coming in contact with bathroom germs
How do you handle covid precautions?
We disinfect And wear masks
How do I make final payment?
In cash only
Do you fly stub nose puppies?
Yes
Is my puppy in carrier the entire time?
No we take babies out for play time and bathroom time.
Do you fly standby?
Yes
Do you offer door to door service?
No we are airport to airport
Can you transport more then one puppy?
Yes as long as weight does not exceed 20lbs
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately once flight is booked we do not offer refunds however we do give credit up to 12 months
